RETURNS


We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon acceptance of your return, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. If you reside outside the United States, please be aware that shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll promptly assess the issue and work to resolve it.

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you desire is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is processed.

European Union 3-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
